Orders are via the internet using Credit cards or our Mail Order form. Payment from the mail order form will be a certified check from your bank, U.S. Funds only. If you need a Mail Order form notify us by e-mail or snail mail and we will send one to you.

Payment Options:
We do not take orders over the phone or by e-mail. All orders must be pre-paid. Credit cards are accepted over our secure web shopping cart (www.jeunepeau.com). Your credit card is handled only by our Merchant Services, and not by our staff. None of your information is stored by our company except the last 4 digits of your card number for order verification purposes.  Do not mail cash.  We do NOT accept checks or money orders.  If you are concerned about using your credit card over the internet, we suggest to purchase a "pre-paid" credit card from your local store. 

Sales tax should be included for Florida residents only at 7% tax rate.

How long do we take to ship?
Most orders will be filled and shipped within 2 business days. Your merchandise will be shipped by the US Postal Service and usually takes from 3-5 days to receive your package. Out of the United States could take up to a week longer. During certain periods we experience high sales volumes. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products we may have soap curing on the racks but not available for sale. You will be contacted to see if you want to have it put on back order, exchange it for another product. Those who orders are placed on “hold” will get a gift from us!

Shipping and Ordering Limitations.
We are able to accept credit card orders. We accept credit card orders from countries around the world! Orders placed outside of the US may be delayed 2-3 days until the credit card is processed.

Disclaimer:
We desire to offer you the highest quality products available. Our soaps and skin care products are all hand-crafted and individually made so we cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same in color or fragrance intensity. Our products are not intended to replace the advice of your doctor. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use. Keep our soaps out of the eyes, as there are no chemicals in them to prevent tearing. We DO NOT guarantee that our products will have the same effect on each individual.  Some botanicals react to an individual's chemistry, and the end result is out of our control.  We can say that the Majority of people have positive results. 

Liability:
Know what you are allergic to, and check the ingredients list before using. Call or e-mail us if you have any questions in advance of purchase. We will only be liable/responsible for refunding the purchase price ONLY for ANY reason and by your ordering our products you agree to this term. If you have any type of adverse reaction, stop the use of the product.

Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of our products and FDA regulations, we DO NOT accept returns. Merchandise that was damaged during shipment will be replaced with the same merchandise upon return of the products as proof. We will not accept returns for products because you do not like the scent. We will not pay return shipping on merchandise unless we were at fault in the filling of your order or there was damage in shipping. Prior to the return, e-mail our office to receive authorization and to discuss product replacement. Returns that are accepted will be for same product exchange only.  We DO NOT give refunds because you did not have as great of a result as others have had.  Our products do not contain chemicals, they are 100% natural botanicals, and will effect each person individually according to your personal chemistry.  Over 98% of our customers get their desired results. 

Privacy Statement: We do not sell nor share our customer list to anyone. Our credit cards are processed over a secure site by our Merchant account, and your card information is not handled by any of the staff, including the owner.
