Hello. I recently purchased your product for my 6 year old who has had a facial sebaceous cyst for 7 months. She had it a year ago for 3 months and it went away, then a few months later got it again and it has been there for 7 months...Until tonight! :-). I only found out from the pediatrician about a month ago about what it was. I had no idea really. I thought it was a stubborn pimple. After I was given a name for this thing she had, I did hours and hours over days on internet searching. I often left the computer feeling bummed about the prognosis of how to deal with these cysts. I finally came to accept that she was just going to have this cyst until it went away on it's own.

We have been using the product for 5 days straight. If it wasn't the darker product it was the lighter one. After a few days, I thought that it might be a lost cause, but knew that I couldn't give up yet. Tonight, I noticed that there was this tiny little head on the cyst. I put a little pressure on it and soon enough the bacteria was coming out! Once most of the puss was out the cyst was much, much smaller. Just wanted to thank you for formulating Key Relief. I ordered my first bottle just before my birthday, last December. (A gift to myself!) My cyst was as big as a large grape and right on my jawline! Yikes! No way to hide that. After my cyst drained I kept using Key Relief, first every night and then less regularly. Here we are going into October and still no cyst. You know what the nicest thing was, though. My husband noticed that I had stopped wearing earings, because I felt that they drew attention to the cyst. Hi, Debbie Littlefield, I just wanted to let you know that the sebaceous cyst is gone. I contacted you,back before Easter, and began treating it shortly thereafter. It continually did crazy things, came closer to the surface and receded down deep, over and over, along with itching. After using the ointment faithfully for two months, it is gone. I kid you not! Thank you Debbie, In the first 2-3 days there was a significant reduction of the size of the sebaceous cyst. I mean really significant - from the size of a golf ball it shrunk to 3/4 of an inch - or the size of a dime. Also, the redness and tenderness almost disappeared. I am applying the substance morning and evening on a non-sticky pad. Wash it nightly with the gift (soap) you sent me. Since yesterday it almost stopped discharging, just very little. I wonder what will happen with the remaining inside the cyst. I would like the whole thing to disappear but I guess I have to be patient. Will continue to apply it for full 6 weeks.

Hi Debbie. This is the 4th week I've been using your cyst product. The first 2 weeks I applied it morning and night, the last 2 I only put it on overnight. With the opinion of my girlfriends at work, I'd have to say from the outside view, overall (including how much flatter and the diameter of it) it's gone down probably 75%, as far as the color, it's kind of a purple color, I know this is normal from past experience and it will take quite a while for the color to get back to normal. I still have discoloration from one I had 8 months to a yr ago. When I feel it, it is still underneath the skin but it feels quite a bit smaller, I'd guess maybe 1/3 it's original size of when I started using the product! J. B.

Hello Miracle Worker!!! I have had a sebaceous cyst on my shoulder since early 2003. I had some relief with the bad smelling black salve. I had a periodic flareups. In late 2006, the cyst was getting worse and I thought "there has to be a better way" than surgery as recommended by my doctor. Hi Debbie, My daughter had some odd lumps forming on her elbow one of which looked like a cyst (about the size of a lima bean) , but the other two had eruptions on them (a little smaller than a pea) which I did not know what they might be. A pediatric advice nurse who is a friend of ours was not sure what they were, but did not think they looked serious. Wanting to be prudent we had our oldest son take her to our family doctor who we knew would be much cheaper than the hospital or clinics. Dear Debbie, Even though the cyst had largely drained and was much smaller by the time I started using your "Key Relief Skin Repair," after five weeks it was still draining and I had to place a bandage on it during the day and overnight. I had used a number of products including pure aloe, witch hazel, antibiotic cream etc... and while they contributed to soothing the area, nothing dried the cyst or shrank it. I was still gently pressing the material out or it would have grown larger. I followed your directions for applying the Key Relief twice a day. The product didn't seem drying or penetrating so while I hoped it would work I didn't expect it to. Within a week, the cyst was gone! The draining had stopped and I could no longer feel or see it. I had read that Unless the entire cyst was physically removed, recurrence was fairly certain. I keep checking the area - no sign of recurrence.
